Measured Surveys

A Measured Survey is the reproduction of a 2D plan of any buildings footprint, this is one of the main areas that we specialise in. We cover all aspects of properties, from large Commercial units, warehouse, retail, offices to smaller domestic housing.

• A Measured Survey Plan can be of any building and can be produced in AutoCAD or PDF format
• As much information can be picked up with the Measured Survey depending on the clients requirement
• Easy to amend any Measured Survey drawing to clients request

As with all Measured Surveys, Elevations, Topographical Surveys and Sections the amount of detail and information picked up can vary from client to client but this can be discussed at the initial briefing stage.

Depending on what the survey is for, from a basic lease plan to a full detailed survey including all fixtures, fittings, lighting, electrics, door swings etc, the final survey can be reproduced in either AutoCAD DWG format or a PDF format.

We can also show an O.S. map alongside your Measured Survey / Lease Plan drawing for planning applications/Leases.
